A message widespread on social media suggests that MTN Cameroon subscribers would earn CFA10,000 if they dial the USSD code #237#. Well, you should know that it’s nothing but a scam. Sources at MTN say the company has nothing to do with the ad, warning subscribers that it is a way fraudsters use to extort money from them.
MTN informs that any ad related to its services will systematically be posted on its website and official social media pages.
