A Stopblablacam reader contacted the editorial office by e-mail to find out whether the results of the competition for the recruitment of 200 secretaries at the Ministry of Justice had been published. After verification, we can say that this information is false.
“The results have not yet been released. The public will be informed in due course through the usual official channels,” sources at the Ministry of Justice say, asking candidates to be patient. A list of those admitted to the competition has not been posted on the premises of this ministerial department in Yaoundé, let alone on the ministry’s website or on Facebook.
On this social network, in particular, only the provisional list of candidates selected for the selection tests is available. A link on the page leads directly to the department's website where you can actually view or download this list.
As a reminder, last May 31, the Minister of Justice, Laurent Esso, launched a call for applications for the recruitment of 200 secretaries for "courts, central and decentralized services" under his ministerial department. The statement issued for this purpose stated that “recruitment will be based on a review of applications, followed by aptitude tests.”
The said tests, initially scheduled for Saturday, October 5, 2019, took place on Saturday, October 26, 2019. This postponement was due in particular to the celebration of International Teachers' Day, the ministry explained.
