It seems that the managing director has mandated emissaries to recruit young residents in Sodecao. Really?

This month November 2018, young Cameroonian job seekers are once again the victims of scammers who make unattainable promises to them.

Using the old trick which consists in promising jobs to job seekers against the payment of a said amount, these scammers are impersonating Jean Claude Akouafane Eko’o, director of the Cocoa development company Sodecao.

Reacting to this, on November 19, 2018, the director published a statement according to which, "concording information report the circulation of obviously mischievous individuals going around the country presenting themselves as emissaries of the general director of Société de développement du cacao, to oblivious job seekers”.

Jean Claude Akouafane Eko’o informs that he required no individual to act in his name and invites citizens to disregard calls from these criminals.

He also reserves the right to file lawsuits against authors or accomplices of these acts.
