Some social media users (claiming that they are this company’s partner) post fake job ads and require “administrative or documentation” fees from the applicants.

On April 20, 2018, Diageo Guinness Cameroon published a statement denouncing a scam scheme using its name on social media. Those scammers post fake job ads and extort money from the candidates claiming that those fees are documentation or administrative costs.

The company informed that neither Diageo Guinness Cameroon S.A nor its accredited agencies require money from job applicants.

It also reminded that all its open vacancies are available on this website: www.diageo-careers.com.

It also added that its part-time workers are recruited by accredited agencies and those agencies’ job ads are stamped with the Diageo Guinness Cameroon’s seal.
