Some groups coaching students for the entrance exam in the National School of Administration and Magistracy claim that they know the sure way to succeed. Are they legit?

The current exam for entrance into the National School of Administration and Magistracy is the opportunity for some individuals to scam candidates. This is the reason why Joseph LE, the Cameroonian minister of civil service is warning the candidates.

Indeed, in a note published on July 23, 2018, the minister indicated that he has heard about a corruption ring set by a coaching group preparing for administrative exams. He informed that his ministry has not mandated a group to prepare the candidates or select them.

He then invited the candidates and their relatives not to fall prey to those illusionists and other scammers whose misdeeds are punished by the country’s laws such as section 163-1 of the penal code which states that anyone who facilitates the admission or failure of a candidate will incur two to five years imprisonment and fine from CFA200,000 to CFA2 million
