Minette Libom Li Likeng (pictured), the Minister of Posts and Telecommunications (Minpostel), has just launched the recruitment of a firm in charge of the development and implementation of a market and climate information system (SIMC) in Cameroon.

The firm's mission will be to acquire equipment (servers, computers, sensors, software, etc.) for the implementation of the system. Eventually, the service provider will have to proceed with the validation of the technical specifications of the terms of reference of the mission, the development of the different applications of the system, the integration test, the deployment of the platform, the training, and the transfer of skills.

Interested bidders must produce information on their capacity and experience demonstrating that they are qualified for the services: documentation, reference of similar services, experience in comparable missions, availability of qualified personnel, etc. Expressions of interest must be submitted to the Post Office by 3 June 2020.
