Alexandre Aimé Siewe Leupi is the new Communications Director of the Confederation of African Football (CAF). The Cameroonian, 49, should take office on October 11th, replacing Malagasy Nathalie Rabe.
A former journalist with Radio France Internationale and Jeune Afrique, Alexandre Siewe is the promoter of ABK radio, an urban channel based in Douala. He was also former (2005-2019) marketing and communications director of Eneo, Cameroon’s power utility. He also holds two DESS (post-graduate degrees): one in Intercultural Communication and Project Engineering, obtained at the University of Sorbonne Nouvelle-Paris 3, and the other in Corporate and Organizational Communication at the University of Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée.
Graduate in private law at the University of Yaoundé, his time at the Darden Business School of the University of Virginia in the United States will also undoubtedly be an asset for the new head of communications of CAF.
